A little bit about myself.....

In my youth I competed Nationally and Internationally as a middle distance runner.

I have worked in a care home as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. I have also worked as a live-in carer for adults with dementia, Parkinson's disease and many other conditions.

I'm a qualified Herbalist and enjoy using pure essential oils and herbal creams when carrying out foot care treatments.

When I'm not working I like to keep fit and spend time walking and enjoying the coastline and the surrounding countryside of East Sussex.
